Public liability Our Public Liability policy will indemnify you in case you are found liable for accidental bodily injury to a third party or accidental loss or damage to property belonging to the third party, arising in the course of your business. The policy covers not only direct physical injury or damage, but also consequential losses arising from that injury or damage. Liability for injury to employees or liability caused by vehicles subject to the Road Traffic Act are not covered. Such liability is covered under separate policies.
