The State Insurance Company of Mauritius Ltd (SICOM) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of a Canopy at the Main Entrance of SICOM Tower, Ebene.

Important & Mandatory Notes

1. All bidders are requested to send an email to [email protected] for confirmation of receipt of the bid documents and to ensure reception of any addendum in respect of this project.
   
   
2. A site visit will be held on Friday, 05 May 2023 at 10:00 am.  The purpose of the site visit will be to clarify issues. To note that this visit is MANDATORY  for the bidder to be qualified as responsive. 
   
   
3. A second site visit will be held at SICOM Tower, Ebene (Ground Floor) on Wednesday, 10 May 2023 at 10:00 am.

Submission of Bids

Bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked ‘Construction of a Canopy at the Main Entrance of SICOM Tower, Ebene' and indicating the corresponding Procurement Reference No: SIC-QUO-2023-031 should be addressed to the Group Chief Executive Officer and deposited in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor, SICOM Building 1, Sir Célicourt Antelme Street, Port Louis 11302, Mauritius not later than 31 May 2023 by noon .

DEADLINE: 31 MAY 2023 BY NOON

Late bids will be rejected. Bids received by e-mail will not considered.

SICOM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the bids received, and to cancel this bidding process at any time prior to selection without incurring any liability towards any bidder.
