NOTICE OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT

SICOM Financial Services Ltd, the Manager of SICOM General Fund and SICOM Overseas Diversified Fund, is pleased to announce that a dividend of Rs 1.1207 per unit and Rs 0.3762 per unit respectively, shall be paid on or around 30 September 2025 to all Unitholders of SICOM General Fund and SICOM Overseas Diversified Fund registered as at 30 June 2025.
