SICOM Properties Ltd (SPL) is inviting suitable Firms to participate in an Expression of Interest (EOI) exercise to provide senior living operator services.
The selected firm shall be required to provide the above-mentioned services as more fully described in the Expression of Interest (EOI) document. Interested Firms are invited to complete the Bidder Registration Form in order to request a copy of the EOI document.
Proposals in sealed envelopes clearly marked “EOI – Senior Living Operator Services” and indicating the corresponding Procurement Reference Number: SIC-EOI-2026-SL001 should be addressed to the Group Chief Executive Officer, State Insurance Company of Mauritius Ltd, SICOM Building 1, Sir Célicourt Antelme Street, Port Louis 11302, Mauritius and deposited in the Tender Box located at the Ground Floor of SICOM Building 1 not later than 18 August 2026 at 15.00 hours (Mauritian time) at latest.

Late proposals will not be accepted.
SICOM Properties Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the applications received, and to cancel this process at any time prior to selection without incurring any liability towards any applicants.
