The State Insurance Company of Mauritius Ltd (SICOM) is inviting suitable local and international firms to participate in an Expression of Interest (EOI) exercise for the appointment of an independent Consultant to review and validate the SICOM Group 3-Year Strategy Plan and the Group IT Strategy Plan.
The selected firm shall be required to provide the above-mentioned services as more fully described in the Expression of Interest (EOI) document. Interested firms are invited to complete the Bidder Registration Form in order to request a copy of the EOI document.
Proposals in sealed envelopes clearly marked “EOI – Consultancy Services for SICOM Group Strategy Plan & IT Strategy Plan” and indicating the corresponding Procurement Reference Number: SIC-EOI-STRG-2026-001 should be addressed to the Group Chief Executive Officer, State Insurance Company of Mauritius Ltd, SICOM Building 1, Sir Célicourt Antelme Street, Port Louis 11302, Mauritius, and deposited in the Tender Box located at the Ground Floor of SICOM Building 1 not later than 30 September 2026 at 13:30 hrs (Mauritian time) at latest.
