What we offer?

  • Employer's Liability

This cover indemnifies the Insured Employer for liability at Law for damages and claimants’ costs and expenses in respect of bodily injury or disease sustained by an employee arising out of and in the course of his employment.


The policy may be extended to cover the first two weeks of Temporary Total Disablement which are not covered by the National Pensions Scheme




Any organisation or corporate body

  • Public Liability Insurance



The cover is to protect the Insured against his legal liability for bodily injury to third parties or loss or damage to their property where such damage arises in connection with the business activities of the Insured. 


The policy covers not only direct physical injury or damage, but also consequential losses arising from that injury or damage.





Provides indemnity to Insured for their legal liability towards third parties for accidental bodily injury or accidental property damage.

  • Workmen Compensation Insurance



If your organisation or any category of employees falls under the scope of the Workmen’s Compensation Ordinance, the Workmen’s Compensation insurance policy will indemnify you in respect of your liability to pay compensation to employees.


The Workmen’s Compensation Ordinance is applicable to categories of employees not catered for by the National Pensions Act. It applies to ‘workmen’, as defined in the Ordinance and provides for the payment of benefits as per below.





Six years’ earnings
Permanent Total Disablement
Eight years’ earnings
Temporary Total Disablement
80% of weekly earnings up to a maximum of 104 weeks
Medical Expenses
 Rs 600





Any organisation or corporate body who has employees defined as ‘workmen’ as per the Workmen’s Compensation Ordinance
