The State Insurance Company of Mauritius Ltd (SICOM) is inviting suitable eligible local bidders to submit offers in respect of the following upgrading works on floors 8, 9 & 10 at SICOM Building 1, Port Louis:
1. Fit Out Works
2. Air Conditioning Works
3. Electrical Works
The firm will be required to provide the above services as per the scope described in the respective bidding documents, which can be found on the following links below:
Bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked.
1. Fit Out Works at SICOM Building 1 - Ref: SIC-QUO-2025-104
2. Air Conditioning Works at SICOM Building 1 - Ref: SIC-QUO-2025-105
3. Electrical Works at SICOM Building 1 - Ref: SIC-QUO-2025-106
should be addressed to the Group Chief Executive Officer and deposited in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor, SICOM Building 1, Sir Célicourt Antelme Street, Port Louis, Mauritius not later than 6 November 2025 at 14.00 hours (local time) at latest.
Late bids will not be accepted.
SICOM Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the bids received, and to cancel this process at any time prior to selection without incurring any liability towards any bidder.
