The State Insurance Company of Mauritius Ltd (SICOM) is inviting suitable eligible firms to participate in an Expression of Interest (EOI) exercise for the Supply, Implementation, Testing and Commissioning of a new Loan System.
The firm will be required to implement a new Loan System as more fully described in the EOI document, which can be downloaded here.
Proposals clearly marked “EOI – Implementation of a New Loan System” and indicating the corresponding Procurement Reference Number: SIC-EOI-SFSL-2026-001 should be addressed to the Group Chief Executive Officer, State Insurance Company of Mauritius Ltd, SICOM Building 1, Sir Célicourt Antelme Street, Port Louis 11302, Mauritius and sent to the following email address: [email protected] no later than 03 April 2026 at 13:30 hrs (Mauritian time).
Late proposals will not be accepted.
SICOM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the proposals received, and to cancel this process at any time prior to selection without incurring any liability towards any bidder.
